Veneto 2050

“Veneto 2050” is the name of the regional law n. 14 of 2019, approved by the Veneto Region to promote initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life within the city, the reorganization of urban spaces and the renaturalization of agricultural areas.

The purposes of the law are to encourage the use of elements for the redevelopment of the building stock, allowing bonuses for the expansion of existing buildings up to 80% more, provided that their environmental impact is improved.
